Living in South Florida is synonymous with leisure living.  The year-round sunny and balmy climate is ideal and offers young and old, full and part-time residents, an abundance of cultural and social activities.

 

Nearby to Turtle Creek#1 Association, Inc., are beaches, fishing and boating, fine and casual dining, theaters, and so on – all just a short driving distance from your residence.  For the golf/tennis players, there are two private clubs (Tequesta Country Club and Turtle Creek Club), just a golf cart drive from the 1st tee or tennis court.

 

Also, residents can choose to just stay at home and use the clubhouse and pool area.  During the day, relax in the sun at poolside or exercise by taking a few laps in the pool. An indoor sauna is also available.  In the evening, enjoy a barbeque at the grill area with your family and friends.

 

Come and meet new and old residents at our casual “pot-luck” parties during our winter seasonal events.  Private parties can be held by our residents and their guests.  (Check with Association office for room availability.)

 

Residents can enjoy an afternoon or evening of card playing, especially Bridge.  Non-card players can visit our lending library for their reading pleasure.
